Who they are
Founded in 2017, Pass’Sport pour l’Emploi is an organization active within the socio-sport ecosystem, using sport as a tool to support vulnerable populations, particularly in their pathways toward employment.
The organization builds on several years of expertise in employment support through sport, relying on innovative educational tools. These include EvaCops, a tool designed to assess behavioral skills through sports practice, and Enigmarius, a team-based urban orienteering challenge that encourages cooperation, initiative, and confidence.
Why it matters
For many vulnerable individuals, access to employment is hindered not only by qualifications, but by a lack of confidence, soft skills, and opportunities to demonstrate their potential. By using sport as a learning environment, Pass’Sport pour l’Emploi reveals and develops these essential behavioral skills in a concrete and engaging way.
Through innovative tools and collective experiences, the association helps individuals regain confidence, identify their strengths, and reconnect with professional pathways. In doing so, it builds bridges between social inclusion and employment, offering more sustainable and human-centered routes to integration.
