Founded in 2004, APART has become a key actor in Seine-Saint-Denis in the field of youth employment, drawing on more than 22 years of experience. The organization has challenged traditional views of social and professional integration by using innovative tools such as sport, particularly outdoor sports, as a primary lever for re-engagement.
TESTIMONY
The partnership between the Salomon Foundation and APART began at the ChangeNOW! 2025 summit, built on shared values around sport and nature as drivers of youth transformation. Since then, the Foundation has supported the development of APART Outdoor, using outdoor experiences to foster re-engagement, confidence and pathways to employment. This collaboration also creates concrete opportunities, such as visits to the Salomon Design Center, helping young people project themselves into future careers. Together, we develop meaningful experiences that support both personal growth and long-term professional integration
