Who they are
Sport Senza Frontiere ETS (SSF), founded in 2011, uses sport to combat educational poverty and social inequality among children and adolescents at risk of exclusion.
Through a nationwide network of sports clubs, the association supports young people with a multidisciplinary approach combining education, psychological support, and access to sport.
SSF also runs programs such as JOY, offering camps and outdoor experiences, and develops targeted initiatives for vulnerable groups including refugees, NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) youth, and people in detention.
Operating across several Italian cities, the organization works to make sport accessible while promoting its educational and social value.

“Salomon Foundation is a donor and a precious ally for Sport Senza Frontiere, since 2023. The Salomon endowment fund financially supports Sport Senza Frontiere ETS in its activities, which are fully in line with its own purpose. The Foundation has supported various SSF initiatives, among them we highlight the project named “EnJoy the mountain” (2023), focused on the organization of winter camps, aimed at unveiling the wonders of the mountains, led by instructors and educators from Sport Senza Frontiere in collaboration with the Alpine Guides of the CAI (Italian Alpine Club). Moreover, we remember the Salomon support to “JOY 2024″ , a project focused on sportive and educational summer and winter camps, specifically designed for children living in socio-economic discomfort.”
