Who they are
Project Love Run is a community dedicated to people who identify as women, combining running, collective events, and meaningful discussions to explore relationships with the body, movement, and social norms.
The association creates spaces for running and conversation that encourage listening, mutual support, and well-being. Its activities include regular community runs, programs, and thematic discussions that invite participants to redefine their relationship with running and their bodies, away from traditional pressures and constraints of the sports world.
Project Love Run emphasizes inclusion, connection, and personal growth through movement, with an approach centered on shared experiences and collective support.
Why it matters
For many women, sport can be shaped by pressure, judgment, and limiting norms about the body and performance. By creating safe and supportive spaces, Project Love Run allows participants to reconnect with movement on their own terms.
Through collective running and open conversations, the initiative fosters confidence, self-acceptance, and a healthier relationship with the body. In doing so, it not only encourages well-being, but also challenges existing norms and helps build a more inclusive and empowering vision of sport.
