In your shoes

In Your Shoes is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 that brings together athletes from around the world to turn used running shoes into opportunities for young athletes. Since its creation, the organization has been collecting shoes and personal messages to deliver them to Iten, Kenya, often referred to as the City of Champions, where runners of all ages strive to change their lives through athletics.
Each pair of shoes is labeled with the name of its donor before being given to an athlete in need, creating a symbolic connection between donors and beneficiaries that transcends borders.
The organization also develops educational scholarship programs to promote access to education as a driver of personal and social development, as well as recycling and circular-economy initiatives linked to the collection of shoes.
